Booking Terms & Conditions

Deposit Policy

Your card will be charged for your full stay, 2 days prior to arrival.

You'll need a photo I.D. and the payment card used to secure your booking when checking in.

Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellations received prior to 3 pm, 2 days prior to arrival will not be charged and your deposit will be refunded unless you have booked an non-refundable stay.

  • Any cancellations received after this time will be not refunded (this includes no-shows)

Please note, if you are using debit card, you'll need to leave a £100 deposit with us for the duration of your stay. There are no exceptions to this rule. 

Group Booking Cancellation Policy

Reservations made for 5 or more rooms are classified as Group Bookings. Cancellation conditions for Group Bookings are as follows unless agreed otherwise:

  • Cancellation is possible free of charge up until 21 days before arrival.

  • Between 20 and 2 days before arrival (up to 3.00pm). A 1-night cancellation fee will apply.

  • Less than 2 days (up to 3.00pm) before arrival, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

  • A deposit equal to a 1st-night stay to be paid a minimum of 21 days before arrival.

  • Full payment for accommodation is required 2 days before arrival.

Any special requests should be advised at the reservation stage. We endeavour to meet all requirements, but unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.

The Boring Bit

  • You'll need a photo I.D and a valid credit card when checking in.

  • Room rates do not include breakfast.

  • All reservations must be guaranteed with valid card details.

  • Reservations secured with invalid card details or insufficient funds may be cancelled without prior notification.

  • We take full payment 2 days before arrival. In case of invalid card numbers or insufficient funds, reservations can be cancelled without prior notification. Not applicable to Advance Purchase bookings. (We will attempt to contact you on the provided email address or phone number if your card is declined).

  • Your bedroom will have one King-sized bed (European King Size) and a bathroom with a shower. The room may have been designed for the comfort of guests with wheelchairs.

  • All rooms are double occupancy. The maximum number of guests allowed in a room is 2 people. External visitors are welcome between 10am - 10pm.

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all bedrooms and all public areas. Residents may smoke in the designated smoking area outside the front entrance. A £200 penalty will be applied for smoking indoors.

  • Damages to the property beyond normal wear and tear may also incur a charge equal to the value of the damage or disruption plus £200 (This also includes lost revenue). Penalties will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

  • We want every guest to have a peaceful and enjoyable stay, so please keep your partying to the bars and clubs. Noise complaints are taken very seriously. Our "Noise" policy requires all guests to respect the comfort of others by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. TV volumes must be kept at an acceptable level, and talking levels must be deemed reasonable by the manager on duty. Anyone in breach of our noise policy may be asked to leave. An administration fee of £200 may be charged, and no accommodation refund will be issued. For the comfort of our guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

  • No pets, except guide dogs.

  • Checkin: 3.00 pm / Checkout: 11.00 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and can be requested on the day. Additional charges may apply.

Available from 10am in Town Square.

Charge to Room?

Please be advised that a pre authorisation can be taken in the bar with £500 minimum charge per day. Non-refundable.
